8,000 square foot house embodies the Tuscan aesthetic

A design in keeping with the North Italian tradition of Tuscany, this 8,000 square foot house embodies the Tuscan aesthetic.
Designed as a 2 story home with the third being a roof deck and entries to all the attics, one of them fitted as a work room and another as a computer room with a cooling system, all having a ceiling height of 7 feet at the ridge.
Counting the attics and decks the house is approximately 12,000 square feet. The garage is large enough for 4 full sized cars for a total of 925 square feet and an attic of equal area making the separate structure 1,900 square feet on it’s own.
The plan is organized around a "cross" shape with entry / exit points on all four sides. A cellar is incorporated under the main stairs and an elevator is placed adjacent to the main front entry.
