1927 classic Spanish home

Along with the Havelock Project, this is an example of the arduous task required to re-design a poorly arranged original floor plan.
The project entails the addition of 820 square feet to an existing 1927 classic Spanish home. Parts of the existing floor plan were radically re-arranged for better flow and clarity and to accommodate the addition of a new family room along with a third bedroom and a master bedroom suite. A private deck was added to the master bedroom suite in the back as well. The character of the existing house was preserved and the addition was done in such a way as to make it look like as if the house was originally designed that way.
