4 car garage and the addition of a single unit above

The project entailed the demolition of an existing single car garage, replacing it with and 4 car garage and the addition of a single unit above. The garage area totaled 975 square feet with a 775 square foot unit above, a balcony totaling 275 square feet that included the stairway and a 380 square foot roof deck.
This is a back unit on an RD 1.5 zoned lot and has the main house in front on California Ave.
