A 710 square foot addition to a 2 story house covering the rest of the first floor. 136 square feet of existing second level floor plan was rearranged to accommodate the expansion. The original floor plan was not as egregiously bad as the Everett project and most of it was retained. Before and after floor plans and elevations are included for comparison.
