2,786 square foot, excluding decks, second home in Cascade, Idaho located on a small lake

A 2,786 square foot, excluding decks, second home in Cascade, Idaho located on a small lake. First level has 1,437 square feet and the second 1,349. One enters the house off the front porch facing the street into the "mud" room. From there another door leads to the double volume entry with stairs going to the second level. The first level contains the kitchen, dining and living rooms along with the master bedroom suite, a small office area, a bathroom and the washer and dryer area. From either the dining room, or master bedroom, one can access the back deck or porch overlooking the lake and the mountains beyond. The stairs in the entry lead to the 2 bedrooms, 1 bath on the second level. Another space with a fireplace is a reading/study area. The bedrooms open up to an enclosed balcony/sunroom which should be above snow level during winter. The bedroom facing East has its own balcony as well. Snow drifts in the area can be as high as 6 feet. All rooms on the second level have expansive dormers giving the house a bungalow look.
