DAVID SHOUCAIR

Architectural Designer + General Contractor

There is an advantage to having the architectural designer and the general contractor be the same person. The communication is much simpler, reduced to one person who knows the architectural design intimately and is responsible for it’s construction. The client does not need to consult with the architect separately from the contractor when revisions to the design are desired. One and the same person is the communication link. This combination of Architectural Designer and General Contractor also eliminates change orders due to either errors & omissions or misunderstandings. The only change orders are generated when the client desires to make changes to the already agreed upon permitted plans.

This end-to-end approach to custom home construction ensures that neither the design nor the construction is compromised in the process.
